Training plans

Plans, phases, weeks.
The way coaches think.

You build the plan once, in phases and weeks. It advances on its own, your member logs every set, and you see whether it works.

01 / 04 Periodization

Plan a whole season at once.

Split the plan into phases, each with its own focus. When a week ends, the next one is ready, without you moving a thing.

  • Strength and running side by side
  • Two trainings on one day
  • Line up the next phase in advance
  • On holiday? The plan moves with them

02 / 04 Prescription

Prescribe it the way you mean it.

A heavy set, a timed run or a simple tick: per exercise, you choose what your member records. Group exercises into supersets or circuits, and keep what works.

  • Supersets and circuits
  • Your best workout, phase or plan as a template
  • Instructions for every exercise, in your member's language

03 / 04 During the session

You coach, the app remembers.

Your member opens the workout with last time's numbers already filled in. In the gym, you log for your member, even for two members at once.

  • Your notes from last time alongside
  • A rest timer between sets
  • Machine taken? Swap the exercise
  • One iPad for every coach, each with a PIN

04 / 04 Progress

See whether the plan works.

Every set is kept. When you log an exercise, the last few times sit beside it, so you see whether your member is getting stronger. If a phase is about to end with nothing lined up, you get a heads-up.

  • Every workout to read back, set by set
  • The last few times of an exercise beside your set
  • Your feedback on each workout
  • A heads-up before a phase runs out

Why coaches choose it

More than sets and reps.

Workouts in your classes

Attach a workout to a class in your schedule, and the whole group trains the same.

For runners too

Intervals by pace or heart rate, with a warm-up and cool-down. If your member has an Apple Watch, the run is on the watch and the result comes back into the plan.

Alongside the dietitian

The nutrition plan sits next to the training plan, and on training days that day's targets apply by themselves.

Your own exercises

Missing one? Add it, with your own instructions and video.

Bring your own plan.

Book a demo with one of your own plans. We build it in phases and weeks, assign it to a member and log a first session together.
