Movement screening (FMS)

Screen it. Shoot it.
Coach on it.

You run the screen on your iPhone or iPad, with images of every movement. You see straight away where the plan has to start, and your member sees why.

01 / 04 On the floor

Every screen done the same way.

The app takes you through the seven tests and tells you which images each test needs. You film the movement and keep exactly the right moment as a photo.

  • Every movement from the same angles
  • Every score says what it means
  • Interrupted? Pick it up later

02 / 04 After the screen

See straight away where to start.

For each movement you note what you saw and what your member needs to work on. So you know what the first plan has to allow for.

  • Your conclusion and focus points per movement
  • Pain and limitations stand out
  • Finish the write-up later on the computer

03 / 04 Follow-up

See what got better.

Every screen stays in your member's file, next to the plan and the workouts. On the next one you see each movement's previous score, and how the total changed.

  • The previous score next to each movement
  • The change in total since last time
  • Every screen in your member's file

04 / 04 Your member

Your member sees why.

As soon as you finish the screen, your member reads the report in the app: the scores, the photos and your focus points. So they understand why their plan starts where it does.

  • On iPhone, Android and the web
  • Photos, scores and your notes
  • Only visible once you're done

More than a screening app

In the same app.

Next to the plan

Screen, plan and workouts sit in the same file. No separate app, no second subscription.

Your own tests

Use other tests too? Add any exercise from your library, with notes and photos.

Photos stay private

They don't land in your phone's camera roll. Only your team and your member see them.

In their own language

You and your member each use the app in your own language.

See a screen in the app.

In the demo we run a screen together, scores and photos included, and show you where it lands in the member file.
