For dietitians
Between consultations,
you see how the week went.
Write a nutrition plan with targets, menus and habits. Your clients track what they eat on their phone and answer a check-in every week. Consultations and invoices are in the same app, in a gym or in your own practice.
From intake to targets, without a spreadsheet.
Send the nutrition intake before the first consultation. The calculator starts from the latest weigh-in, works out energy and macros with the equation you pick and puts them in the plan. If a value is missing, it asks for it.
- A nutrition intake you can edit
- Mifflin-St Jeor, Harris-Benedict, Katch-McArdle or Cunningham
- Body fat per reading, with the method
- Clients log their own weight
One menu, any calorie target.
Put up to seven menus in a plan, with swap lists. Scale a menu to your client's target, everything in proportion or with the protein held, and check it before you apply it.
- Up to seven menus per plan
- Swap lists that work out the amount
- Scale to a target, protein held if you like
- Menu templates and a PDF for the kitchen
The check-in next to the week your client logged.
Your client gets the check-in on the day and at the time you choose. You read the answers next to the logged days, the ticked-off habits and the weekly averages. A day without a log counts as unknown, not as zero.
- Averages from logged days only
- A reply for your client, a note for the team
- A push notification when you reply
- Every new version says what changed
Consultations and invoices in the same app.
In a gym, you get your own login next to the coaches. With your own practice, we set you up without the training modules: clients book a consultation, follow your plan and get their invoice.
- Consultations booked within your hours
- Leave and exceptions in your availability
- Invoices, VAT-exempt too
- No training modules if you don't need them
What else you get
What a food app alone can't do.
Alongside the coach
In a gym, coaches can read your plan, and at the check-in you see which days your client trained. Strength days and endurance days can have their own targets.
Logging in one tap
Clients log a meal from their menu with one tap on Eaten as planned, or search or scan a product. Missing nutrient values stay visible.
Your own login
Every dietitian has their own account. Only people with the right to do so write or change nutrition plans. Other coaches can only read them.
English, Dutch & French
Clients pick the app's language themselves, and the nutrition intake comes in all three.
See it with your own plan.
Book a demo and bring a nutrition plan you use today. We put it in the app together, scale a menu and show you what your client sees on their phone.
